Item no.: BV2203 710Heavy-duty flatbed trailers with flatbed lengths of 7 to 9.5 meters to transport bales. These flatbed trailers are equipped with wheels of different sizes and types, which contribute to their capacity and transportation capabilities. The chassis have a stable construction with a center core made of strong IPE beams. The chassis are thus designed to allow flex to minimize the risk of cracking over time when climbing up and down the fields. All trailers have a wear surface in the flatbed of pressure impregnated wood to get a soft surface with good friction against the bales. However, the load-bearing structure consists of strong IPE beams. If you want a worn surface in sheet metal, we can of course fix that too!
Our flatbed trailers are available in different sizes with different maximum loads, ranging from 9 tons to 22 tons. Our flatbed trailer is also available in several sizes on wheels.
Efficient flatbed trailers
Our bale trailers have become immensely popular with the new hydraulic load securing system we have developed. This ensures efficient and secure load securing in 30 seconds without the risk of losing bales along the way. Because the securing system is not welded together like a gate, you can continue driving off-road with the sides down, which means you don't have to get in and out of your tractor repeatedly.
The sides of our hydraulic load securing system are made of Strenx, a high-strength structural steel from SSAB. With this approved load securing system, our customers can transport up to 30% more loads in a single day! Of course, we also offer classic bale trailers with adjustable front and rear gates.
The range of applications for this flatbed trailer is wide. It is just as good to drive potato boxes or similar on them. We also have industrial customers who use them as material trailers to transport everything from wood to steel.
