Delivery terms and delivery methods

Your goods will be delivered to you in the best possible way. Some of our items are shipped by transport companies, while others can be sent by post. However, we always ship the goods you have ordered in a single order together. Some products may require some simple final assembly due to shipping space constraints.

If your order will be delivered by a transport company, they may contact you before delivery to let you know when they can deliver your goods. If you know that you will not be able to be there to receive the goods, a delivery agreement can be drawn up. This means that the transport company can deliver the goods without anyone being there to receive them.

You are responsible for unloading and should therefore be present when the transport company arrives. Unloading of goods from the transport vehicle is not included in the delivery and must be arranged by the customer. If no one is present at the time of delivery to receive the goods and the transport company has to take the goods back, you will be charged for the cost of delivering the goods to you again.

Bala Agri do everything in our power to fulfill your order. However, there may be circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the order, such as when our supplier is unable to meet its obligations to us. We disclaim any liability for compensation to customers regarding delivery delays.

We deliver in accordance with Lantbruk 16 and comply with the regulations set forth therein.

Incorrect deliveries

Please notify Bala Agri soon as possible if there has been a mistake and we have delivered the wrong item or the wrong quantity, so that we can correct the error. In the event of a return, Bala Agri you a return shipping label, and you should then contact the shipping company, which will pick up the item for return to Bala Agri.

Right to complain

In order to claim that a purchased item is defective in any way, a business customer must file a complaint with Bala Agri , but no later than 30 days from the invoice date, and return the item if Bala Agri so Bala Agri . A consumer (private individual) must report a defective item within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

The customer must inspect all goods upon delivery to ensure that the item(s) are free of defects. If a complaint is submitted after 30 days, Bala Agri reserves Bala Agri , in the case of business customers, to determine whether the defect should be remedied. With regard to consumers (private individuals), Bala Agri will remedy the defect at its own expense if this can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to Bala Agri. In all other respects, please refer to the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act.

Don't forget to keep your receipt/invoice. This is required for any repairs or other measures.

Any transport damage that may occur as a result of inadequate packaging and similar will be charged to the customer.

Bala Agri the right to inspect the product. If the product is found to be free of defects, the complaint will not be accepted.
