Hydraulic widening to hydraulic load securing
Bala Agri continues to develop solutions that simplify daily life for farmers and contractors. We are now introducing a hydraulic widening feature to all our load-securing systems—a new feature that provides greater flexibility when transporting bales, crates, and other materials of varying dimensions.
Adapts to the load
In many operations, the size and shape of the materials to be transported vary. This places demands on the equipment and can lead to unnecessary compromises when securing loads.
With the new hydraulic widening feature, the load securing system can be easily adjusted to fit the load, making it possible to handle, for example, round bales, square bales, potato crates, and other types of materials using the same equipment.
Broader range of applications and increased efficiency
The hydraulic widening mechanism is telescopic and can extend up to 400 millimeters on each side. This solution provides a significantly wider range of applications and makes it easier to always position the load securing correctly, regardless of the load’s width.
For farmers, this means greater efficiency in their daily work and more flexibility when transporting different types of materials.
This solution is particularly well-suited for agricultural operations where material dimensions vary, but it can also be a valuable tool in the contracting and construction sectors.
Part of a larger whole
The hydraulic widening feature is available as an option on all of Bala Agri’s load securing systems/Flatbed trailers/beam trailers and is designed to give the user greater freedom without compromising safety.
