Design
Our grain trailers are designed to make work easier and more efficient. Our grain trailer has a unique design with side panels that are punched and laser cut using high-precision machines. Made from aluzinc sheet metal that does not rust and has a self-healing effect. The wagon's side panels are not welded, but bolted together to reduce tension in the sheet metal and thus reduce the risk of warped panels, which can eventually leak grain. The design also makes it possible to adjust the side panels against the bed, which makes the seal very tight.
Advantages of a grain wagon
Long service life – we guarantee a long service life for all moving parts, as all joints have grease nipples. The bogie joints have bushings and a lubrication channel to the center, which ensures a long service life for all moving parts.
Highest quality – tipping cylinders and brake hubs are of high quality. We use tipping cylinders from Tubex in Tranås.
Stainless – our piston rods have a hard chrome-plated surface, which reduces rust and increases service life.
Effective braking systems – with brake hubs from Italian manufacturer FAD, you get internal brake cylinders that minimize the risk of damage and dirt ingress.
Tipping function – facilitates unloading and is easy to maneuver.
