The TKS1612 Pro HD is an optimized dumper trailer for maximum strength and economy. We are highly focused on developing products that really make a difference and make the working day easier for farmers and contractors. The Pro series is a series of combination trailers for transporting soil, gravel, excavated material, and bulk goods with raised sides. We have developed the Pro series with a strong focus on low weight, smart design, good road handling, and long service life.

Design and construction

The chassis has a strong square frame made of 355 steel, and the flatbed is made of HARDOX 500 TUF from SSAB. This gives the flatbed extremely high resistance to wear and dents. The trailers also have a unique design where we have chosen to bend the sides with the bottom at the edge instead of welding, which moves the weld joint above the frame beams. This reduces the thickness of the plate to save weight without compromising the breaking point at the bottom where the flatbed is most vulnerable.

The flatbeds are designed with 90-degree corners. The trailers are also equipped with hydraulic gravel dumpers as standard. There is also the option of choosing a spring-loaded hitch for greater comfort. To increase flexibility, you can choose a K80 hitch instead of a hitch eye.

It is possible to purchase a silage kit for the TKS1612 Pro. This increases the volume to a full 30.5 m3. This gives you an extra dimension to our multi-purpose trailer and the ability to transport everything from gravel/bulk materials, grain, and silage/bulk in the same trailer. With the TKS1612 Pro, you can cover all your needs and have the best warranties on the market.

The kit is sold both as factory-fitted and as an option for retrofitting on existing TKS1612 models. The kit can be easily lifted on and off using fork tunnels.

Increased transport safety

We offer compressed air brakes with a dual-circuit braking system as an optional extra during factory assembly. This provides increased safety, ensuring that the brakes will work even if one of the circuits fails. Another advantage is that the trolley is braked when you park it.
