The TK912 Pro is an optimized dump trailer designed for maximum strength and cost-effectiveness. We place a strong emphasis on developing products that truly make a difference and make the workday easier for farmers and contractors. The Pro Series is a line of combination trailers for transporting soil, gravel, excavated material, and bulk goods, featuring raised side panels. We have developed the Pro Series with a strong emphasis on low curb weight, smart design, good road handling, and a long service life.
The chassis of the TKS912 Pro is made of high-strength STRENX steel, and the cargo bed is made of HARDOX 500 TUF from SSAB. This gives the cargo bed extremely high resistance to wear and dents. The trailer also features a unique design in which we’ve chosen to bend the sides to meet the floor at the edge instead of welding them, which moves the weld seam above the frame beams. This reduces the thickness of the sheet metal to save weight without compromising the tensile strength at the bottom, where the bed is most vulnerable.
The flatbeds are designed with 90-degree corners and have internal load securing loops. The trailers are also equipped with hydraulic gravel dumpers as standard. There is also the option of choosing a swivel hitch to increase the working area between the trailer and the vehicle. To increase flexibility, we have placed a bolt-on hitch at the front so that it is easy to switch to, for example, K80 to adjust the height and adapt it to the towing vehicle.
We have placed great emphasis on achieving a high payload ratio. On this trailer, it is a full 84! That is a full 10 percentage points higher than other products on the market. This saves diesel, wear and tear on transmissions on towing vehicles, etc. We see that many wheeled excavators have trailers that are far too heavy, which causes significant wear and tear on transmissions. We have solved this without compromising on quality through smart design and one of the strongest steels on the market in both the chassis and the bed. We have also worked to achieve good visibility in the trailer, a low center of gravity, stability, and a high top angle. Perfect for wheeled excavators!
