Vreten is a Swedish-made, durable forestry trailer with a robust design. It is a compact powerhouse that combines agility with strength. The trailer is designed with timber supports of the same dimensions (76×6 mm tubing) as 12–14-ton trailers on the market. To handle the demanding conditions of the forest, the trailer is equipped with heavy-duty 70 mm axle pins.
The forestry trailer is cleverly designed, and thanks to its low curb weight, Vreten is an easy-to-drive, agile trailer that handles well in the forest. Its low curb weight offers several advantages, such as reduced soil compaction and lower fuel consumption.
Vreten is equipped with a 50-25 parallel grapple that has a 5-meter reach and an exceptionally strong swivel housing for its class. With a longer grapple and a stronger swivel housing, you can expand your working area and even lift larger logs. Parallel booms are particularly suitable for those who use a tractor with lower oil flow from the pumps but still want to experience quick response and maximum power.
The 550 model is equipped with outriggers that provide good visibility from the tractor and a long reach. This ensures more stable positioning during loading, even on uneven forest terrain.
